My new camera (Canon PowerShot Elph 300) has a cool feature called “movie digest” which makes a 2-4 second video of the action right before you take a picture, then stitches these mini videos together to make a summary of your day’s activity. Here’s one from the zoo – we had to turn this feature off pretty quickly, as it drains the battery very fast! (Also, I didn’t realize at the time that the video is filmed *before* you snap the picture, so you’ll see a lot of feet shots – sorry!)
